Ristorante Del Falco was established in 1991 by Vince & Annette Hawkins.

The name Del Falco derives from  the surname HAWKINS (the hawk kindred) and the sign over the  main door is the family coat of arms!

The restaurant relocated in 2006 and is  now situated in the heart of the “old town.”

Tourists in Sauze d’Oulx delight in the charm of the cobbled streets and rustic elegance of  the renovated alpine buildings. The 15th. century church of St. John the Baptist , the Chapel of San Rocco, the ornate fountains and the atmosphere in the squares make this a special part of the village , a must for  visitors.

Del Falco  is regarded as one of the finer eateries in Sauze. There is a full a-la-carte menu and also a daily table d’hôte menu. The wine list is comprehensive and most wine producers are known personally.
